### What is XLP?

Looping Collective is partnering with BackedFi to bring tokenized stocks to Hyperliquid via HiP3. The XLP vault on HyperEVM will earn trading fees across spot xSTOCKS, perps and AMM

xSTOCK tokens will be available across both HyperCore (perpetuals) and HyperEVM (spot + DeFi), creating a complete trading and investment ecosystem for tokenized stocks

Initial Underlying Assets:

* SPYx (S\&P 500 ETF exposure)
* NVDAx (NVIDIA stock exposure)
* TSLAx (Tesla stock exposure)

**Target APY**: 8-15% (based on basis spreads) \
**Performance Fee**: 10%\
**Accepted Assets**: USDHL, USDT0, USDC (with zapper integration)\
**Management**: Professional algorithmic execution
